trying to get through this week!

Wow this week has taken forever. On monday i had class all day long then basketball practice got pushed to 8pm so the basketball team was practicing till about 1030 that night. then the next morning the basketball team had a lift program to do and we had to be there at 645 in the morning. then i had a midterm that day around 930 and i did really well on that achieving a B on the test!! later that day we had practice at 4 so that was nice to get out at a decent hour so i could get some homework done. then on wednesday basketball started at a decent hour around 4 ending around 630. gave me just enough time to grab a bite to eat then get started on the homework for the night. last night i got to bed at a good hour around 1130 which was nice. then today i have had classes all day long. i still have 2 classes to go and these classes normally go by very slow. then we have practive again at 4 then we have time to get dinner and then get ready for study tables tonight at 730. after study tables we have a team lift that i am guessing i have to be there for. it starts at 930 right after study tables are over. friday should be ok. finishing up with some classes and practive at 4 i think. then saturday should be a nice day with the intrasquad scrimmage at 6 and my family is coming to watch so that should be really nice to see them.

lots have changed

wow...its been a while since i have been blogging on here. My computer crashed so i havent found a lot of time to get on here and blog. well lots of things have changed since i have been on here last. basketball has finally started so i have been really busy with that and this coming weekend i have basketball day here on campus and my family is coming up to watch the team and to spend a little time with me! they are also coming up the following weekend for family day here on campus so that should be a lot of fun as well. I have also been working for the sports information department here on campus so that is a good job. i work the football games and some volleyball games so far. im sure i will have more to do in the future. the semester is over halfway over and things are really starting to pick up as far as academics. I need to start using my time more wisely and getting things done in a timely matter. well i guess i will cut it off at that and hopefully i will see you on here soon again. so long!

back again...its been a while since i have been on here...not to much has happened since i have blogged last. I decided I am going to go home for fall break to see my family. We dont have school till next wednesday so i will most likely stay at home till sometime on tuesday. I cant wait to see my niece. Im sure she has gotten a lot bigger since i have seen her last. She is just about 8months old and she is starting to talk. So i cant wait for her to say some things to me. other than that. Basketball is gonna be starting real soon. Actually right after fall break ends basketball is gonna start that friday. We have our first day of practice and we still got a lot to get done before practice. Im sure everything will get done though. Well i guess it is lunch time there in good ole' marbeck. Hope the food is good...hahahaha i highly doubt it...PEACE

Lots to do today!!

I have so much crap going on today....the day is mostly over with classes but i have so much homework that i have to do today. And work today at 4 is going to be real easy but after that i get to have some dinner...then i get to go and get started with homework starting with a memo i have to write for accounting class that is due tonight by 11:55pm....so i should be able to get that done...then comes some sport pscyhology homework...this shouldnt be to bad just write a chapter outline on what we are talking about in the book...plus this class is cool...it may be at 9:30 in the morning but it is prolly one of my favorite classes of the week!!....oh and some real good news i finally turned in my time sheets to get paid this month...so i get to pick up about 4 paychecks come the 15th of october which i am completly pscyhed for!!!....well i guess i will get a head start on that memo that i have to write...be on later prolly if i can find some time.....and BTW i get to play some basketball tonight with all the fellas so that should be real fun...its been a long time coming and i really need to get up and down the court some so i can stay in shape!!...outta here peace

OK....well i feel like coming back and doing another post so here we go. Just got out of class and i think i did well on my midterm. It wasnt to bad. It was from interpersonal communication. this class is ok. It talks about how we use nonverbal communication and how other people interpret that. I now am almost done with my day!!! I have to go to work and finish a few things before i head over to marbeck for dinner. BTW i will prolly have a few blogs on how bad the marbeck food is. So im sure you will hear more on that. Then i just have to attend a habitat for humanity meeting tonight...not sure where that is yet but i will find out sooner or later....hopefully sooner!!...well i guess i will head out to work now and get a few things done!!!....cya sometime soon prolly

My first Blog

this is really new for me. I saw that a friend is doing it so I think I am going to start doing it as well. Well I will make this sort of an introduction. I am Tyler Baker. I go to bluffton university where i am a sophomore. I am studying sports management and i work for the basketball team here in bluffton and i love my job. I am taking a lot of classes this semeseter. i come from a very big family being one of 5 boys and one older sister. I am the oldest boy in my family. Its a really big reponsibility for me but its great to have them around. I am from Wilmington, Oh. Its a few hours away from bluffton but its great to be away from home. so i can get the real college experience. well i guess i will cut it off at that. Its almost time for me to get back to class. so i can take this Big midterm. Wish me luck!!!!!!
